The Fire House Event Center, located in Peoria, Arizona, is a captivating venue that seamlessly blends historic charm with modern elegance. Originally a fire station, the venue features exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and large windows that fill the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The center offers both indoor and outdoor spaces, providing versatile options for ceremonies and receptions. The outdoor courtyard is a picturesque setting for exchanging vows, while the indoor space can be tailored to suit both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations.

This venue became the backdrop for a deeply personal and emotional day where love, family, and connection took center stage for Danielle and Josh.
A Love for the Outdoors and Each Other
Danielle and Josh’s journey began in February 2022 when their shared passion for running and their community brought them together. As members of the same running group and attendees of the same church, their paths crossed at the perfect moment. Their love for the outdoors, marathons, and family time quickly became the foundation of their relationship.
A Family-Focused Celebration
One of the most touching aspects of Danielle and Josh’s wedding was how it celebrated their families’ blending. Danielle’s four children played an integral role in the day, starting with a unique first look between Danielle and her sons. The look on their faces when they saw their mom dressed up for her big day. Her daughters, who were also her bridesmaids, helped Danielle get ready alongside her mother, creating a moment filled with love and anticipation. From there, Danielle also shared a first look with her father, the love and joy in a father’s eye is always one of the best moments to photograph.
Elegant Attire and Thoughtful Details
Now, Danielle’s wedding dress was a showstopper—a sleeveless lace gown with a deep V-neckline, illusion mesh, and intricate lacework cascading into a stunning train. She was stunning with her updo, diamond earrings, and drop necklace. Her timeless look perfectly complemented the wedding’s elegant yet personal vibe.
Then, the groom looked dashing in a shiny navy blue paisley tuxedo, a unique and stylish choice that stood out. His groomsmen complimented the whole vibe with classic navy tuxes with ties that matched Josh’s tux. The bridesmaids wore sage green long dresses, a soft and romantic hue that paired perfectly with the wedding’s color palette.
Floral Design, Decor, and Ceremony
The floral arrangements at Danielle and Josh’s wedding blended delicate white roses and vibrant blue hydrangeas, adding a fresh and lively touch to the day. Succulent plants adorned the reception tables, seamlessly tying into the earthy and natural theme of the decor. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to create a visually stunning and harmonious atmosphere.
Inside the historic Fire House Event Center, the ceremony was a heartfelt declaration of Danielle and Josh’s love and commitment. They incorporated a symbolic unity sand ritual, blending sage and navy sands to represent their union. The venue’s intimate setting provided the perfect backdrop for this deeply personal and meaningful moment.

To end the day, the reception was a lively celebration of love, laughter, and togetherness. Guests enjoyed dancing the night away and celebrating the joy of Danielle and Josh’s union. The Fire House Event Center’s unique charm and warm atmosphere made it the perfect venue to bring everyone together and create lasting memories. It’s one of my favorite venues, as there are so many ways to capture the day here. I am so glad Danielle and Josh asked me to capture the moments of their beautiful day.
