How Shane and Amber Met

Shane and Amber met freshmen year of college thorough a mutual friend. Although Amber had no idea how Shane felt until he brought Amber her favorite Starbucks to her dorm room. A sweet gesture but it gave Amber the “Oh S*** he likes me.” Soon after that they had the first date rock climbing, the conversation came easy and they had lots of fun. Amber went home for Fall Break, but that didn’t stop them from texting all weekend. After the break they became an official couple and as they say the rest is history.

Shane and Amber’s Wedding at the Japanese Friendship Garden

Shane and Amber’s wedding was perfection, the coming together of two families. Something they asked for everyone was to wear sneakers, to be comfortable on their special day. Amber with pink and white sneakers and Shane with red and white, it went well with his grey tux. The wedding party and colors seen through the bouquets was the groomsmen in navy bleu tuxes for the groomsmen and the bridal party dresses in maroon. These rich colors paired perfectly with the rich greenery at the Japanese Friendship Garden. Amber was gorgeous in her floral detailed mermaid style wedding dress, hair down with flowey curls. Shane watched his stunning bride come down the aisle and he couldn’t hide the love and happiness on his face. The couple’s wedding was officiated by a mutual friend, vows were exchanged and Shane and Amber said “I do.” After the ceremony the couple was all smiles and laughter as they took their photos together as husband and wife. The wedding ended with dancing underneath the stars.
